As a group we have over 16 year’s experience in providing support for young adults with learning disabilities. Within this time, we have built up a great portfolio of people who want to make a difference to other people’s lives and as an organisation, we enjoy nothing better than offering our services we feel we are experts in.

Our Mission
We strive to ensure young/mature adults with learning disabilities achieve their full potential by actively engaging in all aspects of their lives, we promote choice in both minor and major life defining matters as well as achieving the best possible pathway for development to each individual. We also promote lot’s of fun which makes life so much easier!

Outreach
As a group we also offer Outreach work where we support young adults with learning difficulties within their own homes. Our experienced staff adhere to their needs, support them, access the community, attend groups and enjoy lots of activities. Ultimately, building their confidence in everyday living skills with a goal of achievements to meet and not to forget, having lots of fun along the way.

Day Centre
We offer day centre services where our experienced staff will escort our tenants to various day centres of their choice. We aim to provide appropriate support in a sensitive and caring manner, focus on personal development especially decision making abilities. Create opportunity to develop social, emotional, communication and independent living skills and have fun too!

Days Out
Living with a learning disability should not stop someone from leading an active and enjoyable life, and from being supported to get out and about in their local community. We offer a range of activities to get us all active within the community. We offer days out to museem’s, theme parks, swimming pools, music festivals, restaurants, sporting events and many specific requests. We ensure all days out are very carefully planned and all risks are assessed beforehand.
